What a cute giveaway! I have always wanted to try out those polish strips!
ReplyDeleteThe polish strips are so fun... And it's best to pic a funky pattern as they are much more forgiving to little mishaps in the application process. It's super cute when you just apply to your ring fingers or pinky's, too :)

Nancy

Hot Tip for Summer: Yes to Carrots Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15. Slather this on in the morning, a brush of mascara, swipe of gloss and you've got your fresh summer look for the day! ~Kim Manos
ReplyDeletePerfect routine for a natural beauty like you, Miss Kim!! I've been looking for a new moisturizer with SPF ~ Def going to try Yes to Carrots!
DeleteBest summer drink... Mixed frozen berries, a dash of cayenne pepper, pomegranate juice, vodka and ice toss in a blender and you have a spicy vodka smoothie for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All measurements are to your taste. Enjoy! Heather Crawley.
ReplyDeleteI feel a Summer Cocktail posting in my near future! Love the dash of cayenne ~ it's always good to add a bit of spice!

one makeup tip I learned lately that i use every day: apply a shimmer cream eyeshadow to your lids before your powder eyeshadow. The combo of the 2 keep your shadow in place all day- sans creases! I use "makeup forever" aqua cream shadow in champagne shimmer it has great stay power and goes well with any color powder top coat.

Love this tip! I've been using Smashbox lid primer, but always love the idea of extra shimmer... Off to Sephora I go!!
DeleteYou are adorable... Thanks, Ann :)
Since people are asking for drink recipes, I have a low cal super tasty one! My friend came up with this in Vegas: Sky Cherry Vodka (other brands work too) Fresca and a splash of cranberry. This drink tastes like a strawberry starburst...everyone loves the pink starbursts, right?
ReplyDeleteDelicious! I would make a big batch, add to a punch bowl with mini scoops of rainbow sherbet! New twist on a 70's classic :)
DeleteThanks, Ann!
For those who love mixing their drinks with tonic water - beware! Tonic water has 23 grams of sugar. Try diet tonic or club soda instead. Tammy G.
ReplyDeleteAnyone ever try Esaan? Fantastic Thai food. Best lunch place in LA. Get the Vermicelli Salad. Susan D.
